SEPTIC PUMPED - GREAT EXPERIENCE! We had our septic back up and had toilets and showers overflowing onto the floors on a Saturday night (during a UGA game!) I called Integrated Plumbing Solutions and spoke immediately to a REAL person who dispatched Thomas Porter to my house and he arrived 90 minutes after I called to handle this emergency problem! Communication and professionalism were 10/10! Efficient and diagnosed the problem, dug up the septic and pumped it and was gone within 90 minutes. Very fair pricing for a Saturday night emergency and super nice people. I called 6 places and they were the only ones that were able to come out - now that is service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for all your plumbing needs!!

Integrated Plumbing Solutions was recommended by my former plumber when he retired. Very easy to schedule an appointment and Douglas Dominguez was very friendly, explained everything he was going to do, and corrected things that were installed when house was built with out me asking just because it was the right way to do it. Would definitely call IPS again for any work and would see if Douglas was available to perform the work.

Corbet exceeded my expectations in providing superior customer service for the water heater I purchased from them a few years ago. My service call was to inspect & flush my water heater and while Corbet was onsite, I added another job of replacing the outdoor spigot which was leaking. He was open to answering all my questions as he performed each repair & explained them in layman’s term. He arrived on time & was professional, courtesy & friendly as the same with the office staff. I highly recommend this company! I couldn’t be more pleased with the price & the service provided!

Corbet did a great job diagnosing the issues I was having with my toilets as well as with gas regulation going to an outdoor grill. He returned with Derek install the toilet and new regulator on the gas line. They were very efficient, polite and did a great job of cleaning up when finished.
