Very thorough, professional. Explained everything he was doing. Definitely 5 star.

Corbet did a great job diagnosing the issues I was having with my toilets as well as with gas regulation going to an outdoor grill. He returned with Derek install the toilet and new regulator on the gas line. They were very efficient, polite and did a great job of cleaning up when finished.

Doug the technician did a superb job, quickly diagnosing the problem and proposing multiple options for me to consider. I would use them again and recommend that others use them.

Integrated Plumbing Solutions...What can I say? I have used them for years and never had to have them come back to redo a job. Office staff, Lori, is very pleasant, friendly and is most gracious to work with! Communication to my email and phone are excellent! Matt Benyamin is very knowledgeable, a hard worker and friendly. He checked out all of our water devices and noticed that our expansion tank to our water heater did not measure up. The company was called the night before, returned call next morning (our choice)and out within an hour to fix water leak in laundry room downstairs. Very happy...very satisfied...and definitely my go-to plumbing company! Thank you, Matt, for a super job!

The crew was great. Stayed well into the evening to get my water back online! Very good to work with!

Douglas came out and solved an ongoing mystery weird smell that no one else could figure out . Integrared plumbing does great work!

Service tech was professional and honest. Did not recommend services that were not needed , gave good advice. Trouble shot the problem and gave us a good recommendation of what needed to be done.
Ended up needing septic pumped. Matt worked quickly and had the job done in no time. Very informative about septic issues and maintenance.

Another good job. The field line job and two separate household plumbing jobs have all been done quickly and effectively. Thank you.
