The first time, our water heater failed unexpectedly, and it was a true emergency. IPS was the only company I could find that was willing to come out on such short notice. From the very first phone call, their communication was exceptional. They kept us informed every step of the way, arrived exactly when they said they would, and immediately got to work. Our technician was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and had our hot water restored quickly.
Most recently, we called IPS back to install a new kitchen faucet, and once again they exceeded every expectation. Our technician, Matt Benyamin, was absolutely fantastic! I called Integrated Plumbing Solutions around noon on Monday 7/20/2026, letting them know that my hot water was not working. Ben McCullough came to my house < 2 hours later, and informed me that I needed a new hot water heater. He also told me it might take some time to find the model I needed since it needed to be very specific to my crawl-space, etc. Later that same day he told me they had one, and could install it the very next morning. It took them < 4 hours, amazingly. He & his associate Corbet Herron got it up & running and now I have hot water again. So, it took basically 24 total hours from first calling IPS to having a newly fullly installed hot water heater. Ben & Corbet were both very personable and total professionals, and I can't recommend them and this company enough. Thank you again fellas!

The Integrated Plumbing Solutions guys did an excellent job locating and repairing my field lines. They disturbed as little of the yard as possible by putting down plywood for the dirt and putting the sod back in place after digging. They were professional every step of the way, answering all my questions and helping me make the right decision regarding the repair.

They then efficiently brought in knowledgable men to solve the complicated problem of this repair and completed the work despite physical obstacles of the home and an interruption by a thunderstorm! This is my second review of IPS. We have used them across three different homes over the last several years. Every person they send out is professional. They take the time to explain the issue and exactly what they need to do to fix it. The price is understood upfront. My most recent interaction was with Corbett. He was great, and like all their people goes above and beyond. This is why we never even bother calling any other company when we have a plumbing issue.
