You’ll find a little bit of everything in Smyrna, older ranch homes near downtown, newer townhome developments around Atlanta Road, and fast-growing residential areas stretching toward The Battery and Cumberland. That mix creates a wide range of plumbing issues across the city, especially as older infrastructure meets ongoing redevelopment throughout Cobb County.

Integrated Plumbing Solutions works throughout Smyrna handling plumbing repairs, sewer line issues, drain backups, water heater problems, leak detection, and everyday plumbing service for homeowners across the area. Homes near older parts of Smyrna often deal with aging sewer lines, worn plumbing connections, and recurring drain problems, while newer residential communities can still experience plumbing leaks, pressure issues, and high water demand tied to larger occupancy levels.

Our trucks regularly move through neighborhoods near South Cobb Drive, Spring Road, Concord Road, and Atlanta Road handling the plumbing problems most common throughout Smyrna homes and properties. Call or contact us online to schedule service today.

What Makes Plumbing in Smyrna Different

Smyrna’s mix of older neighborhoods and ongoing redevelopment creates a wide range of plumbing conditions across the area. Homes near downtown and established residential communities may still have aging sewer lines, older plumbing materials, and mature trees that contribute to recurring drain and sewer issues.

Newer townhome developments and growing residential areas near Cumberland and The Battery can place heavier demand on water heaters, drainage systems, and overall plumbing infrastructure. Periods of heavy rain and dense residential growth can also increase the likelihood of drainage and sewer problems throughout parts of Smyrna.

Common Plumbing Problems in Smyrna Homes

Older neighborhoods and ongoing redevelopment across Smyrna can create a range of plumbing issues for local homeowners. Some of the most common problems we see throughout the area include:

  • Sewer backups tied to aging underground sewer lines

  • Drain clogs caused by tree root intrusion

  • Water pressure issues in older homes

  • Overflowing drains during periods of heavy rain

Service tech was professional and honest. Did not recommend services that were not needed , gave good advice. Trouble shot the problem and gave us a good recommendation of what needed to be done.
Ended up needing septic pumped. Matt worked quickly and had the job done in no time. Very informative about septic issues and maintenance.

We had to redo our drain field and add a pump to a raised area in our yard… so a lot of machines were brought in and a lot of dirt was moved!!!!!

. IPS did a great job, was on time, knowledgeable and professional! Highly recommend!

Our yard was left miraculously ready for our sod and after such a big job, even our sod installer was impressed!

On August 5th 2006 we had an emergency situation where 2 of our 9 toilets toilets were overflowing and the rest unable to flush due to fear of overflowing (the water would rise and slowly recede). The first company (I will not name) came out and decided that the job was to big for them.
Integrated sent Thomas and Christian out that afternoon. They worked several hours until they found the problem.
Thank you Thomas and Christian for sticking with it. We have about 40 people working in this facility and this saved us from have to shut down.
