Brick bungalows, historic homes, narrow streets, and mature tree canopies give Virginia Highlands a very different plumbing environment than newer parts of metro Atlanta. Many homes throughout the neighborhood were built decades ago, and while the architecture remains one of the area’s biggest draws, older plumbing systems often require more attention over time.

Integrated Plumbing Solutions works throughout Virginia Highlands handling plumbing repairs, sewer line issues, drain cleaning, leak detection, water heater problems, and everyday plumbing service for homeowners across the neighborhood. Our trucks regularly move through streets near North Highland Avenue, Virginia Avenue, Ponce de Leon Avenue, and surrounding BeltLine-adjacent communities handling the plumbing issues common in older Atlanta homes.

Services We Offer in Virginia Highlands

Why Plumbing in Virginia Highlands Is Different

Many Virginia Highlands homes still rely on older drain and water line systems that become more vulnerable to leaks, corrosion, sewer backups, and recurring drain problems over time. Mature trees throughout the neighborhood can also create sewer line issues as roots expand toward underground piping.

The neighborhood’s historic foundations, tighter lot spacing, and established landscaping can make plumbing repairs more involved than in newer suburban communities. Heavy Atlanta rain may also place additional stress on older drainage and sewer systems in some parts of the neighborhood.

Common Plumbing Problems in Virginia Highlands Homes

  • Sewer backups and recurring drain clogs

  • Tree root intrusion in sewer lines

  • Plumbing leaks inside older homes

  • Low water pressure

  • Underground water leaks

  • Slow drains in kitchens, bathrooms, and laundry lines

  • Water heater failures and replacement needs

We Have The Expert Solutions for Your Plumbing Problems

Why Virginia Highlands Homeowners Trust Integrated Plumbing Solutions

Integrated Plumbing Solutions...What can I say? I have used them for years and never had to have them come back to redo a job. Office staff, Lori, is very pleasant, friendly and is most gracious to work with! Communication to my email and phone are excellent! Matt Benyamin is very knowledgeable, a hard worker and friendly. He checked out all of our water devices and noticed that our expansion tank to our water heater did not measure up. The company was called the night before, returned call next morning (our choice)and out within an hour to fix water leak in laundry room downstairs. Very happy...very satisfied...and definitely my go-to plumbing company! Thank you, Matt, for a super job!

On August 5th 2006 we had an emergency situation where 2 of our 9 toilets toilets were overflowing and the rest unable to flush due to fear of overflowing (the water would rise and slowly recede). The first company (I will not name) came out and decided that the job was to big for them.
Integrated sent Thomas and Christian out that afternoon. They worked several hours until they found the problem.
Thank you Thomas and Christian for sticking with it. We have about 40 people working in this facility and this saved us from have to shut down.
