Some plumbing emergencies are obvious right away. Others start behind walls, under floors, or underground, and quickly lead to water damage, contamination, or loss of hot water. We handle the urgent repair first, then recommend any follow-up work if the problem points to a larger issue, such as a blocked drain, a damaged sewer line, or a failing water heater.

When to Call for Emergency Plumbing Services

Not every plumbing problem needs the same-day service, but some do. If the issue can damage your home, create a sanitation problem, or leave you without an essential fixture, it is time to call an emergency plumber in Kennesaw.

  • Major water leak: A burst pipe, a cracked supply line, or an uncontrolled leak can quickly soak flooring, drywall, cabinets, and stored belongings.

  • Sewage backup: Wastewater coming up through drains or toilets is a health concern and needs urgent professional attention.

  • Only toilet or sink out of service: If your home cannot safely use a necessary fixture, quick service matters.

  • No hot water from a leaking unit: A leaking or failed water heater can cause water damage and create safety concerns.

  • Water will not shut off: If the flow will not stop at a fixture or valve, emergency plumbing service can help limit further damage.

Emergency Plumbing Service

With emergency plumbing services, timing matters. If water is actively entering your home, shut off the main water supply if you can do so safely. Then stop using sinks, showers, toilets, or appliances connected to the plumbing system until a licensed plumber finds the cause. If you need help right away, contact us for emergency plumbing service in Kennesaw, GA.

Our emergency plumbing service is focused on fast assessment and clear communication. When you call, we explain the next step and dispatch a licensed plumber to evaluate the problem. Once on site, we inspect the affected area, isolate the issue, and recommend the safest repair. Depending on the problem, that may involve sewer cleaning, diagnostics through our drains and sewers team, or work related to sewer repair and replacement.

We also handle urgent plumbing problems related to fixtures and appliances, including overflowing kitchen plumbing, failed shutoff valves, leaking garbage-disposal connections, and water heater breakdowns. If the emergency started at a sink, dishwasher, or supply line, our kitchen plumbing services may be part of the repair. If the issue involves hot water, we can determine whether repair or replacement makes more sense, including options for tankless water heaters.

What to Expect During an Emergency Visit

First, we identify the immediate risk. Next, we stop or contain the water, sewage, or pressure issue when possible. Then we inspect the system, explain your options in plain language, and complete the repair or stabilize the problem so any follow-up work can be scheduled. Our trucks are stocked with common emergency plumbing repair supplies, which helps us handle more problems on the first visit.

Integrated Plumbing Solutions...What can I say? I have used them for years and never had to have them come back to redo a job. Office staff, Lori, is very pleasant, friendly and is most gracious to work with! Communication to my email and phone are excellent! Matt Benyamin is very knowledgeable, a hard worker and friendly. He checked out all of our water devices and noticed that our expansion tank to our water heater did not measure up. The company was called the night before, returned call next morning (our choice)and out within an hour to fix water leak in laundry room downstairs. Very happy...very satisfied...and definitely my go-to plumbing company! Thank you, Matt, for a super job!

On August 5th 2006 we had an emergency situation where 2 of our 9 toilets toilets were overflowing and the rest unable to flush due to fear of overflowing (the water would rise and slowly recede). The first company (I will not name) came out and decided that the job was to big for them.
Integrated sent Thomas and Christian out that afternoon. They worked several hours until they found the problem.
Thank you Thomas and Christian for sticking with it. We have about 40 people working in this facility and this saved us from have to shut down.
