My water heater started leaking, and I was able to get someone out to give a quote quickly. They were honest about their opinions and the pricing was great compared to other businesses. Once I made the decision to hire them, they were out within 2 days and made quick work of the water heater replacement. They left the area clean and tidy, and everything in perfect working order. No issues, very courteous and honest! I will definitely be using them for future plumbing projects as we remodel our home.

I had an absolute nightmare of a plumbing problem: tree roots had broken through the pipes and sewage was backed up into the bathtubs. Not the way to start the week. I called Integrated Plumbing and Anthony Senior came out and basically saved the day. He and his team identified the problems and worked with me to get those issues resolved efficiently and for a really reasonable price. They were AMAZING. It’s great to know I’ve got IPS on my team. I immediately was impressed with the way you contacted us through text and email with a picture of who was coming to our door and a very close ETA.

“First, Jimmy Head gave us invaluable information on how to proceed before we even would contact IPS. We needed to check to make sure our electrical systems from the house to the pump worked. Jimmy could have just sold us a pump without even mentioning the electrical part and if it had not worked then we would have had to hire an electrician to come out on the back side of the project and some valuable time would have been wasted. We had been 3 or 4 days without being able to use our water properly. We took care of the electrical on the front side of the project because you sent a man out here that has ethics. For that we are very grateful. We are also extremely thankful for the incredibly fast service. Assessor on Monday, Job completed on Tuesday, which was actually same day service because we had to get the electrical part serviced first. Now, to honor the repair team, Thomas and Bruce were outstanding and they did many things that they probably didn't really have to do. They rewired the existing box and reset it in place as it had been knocked out of its original position. They made sure our septic tank alarm was working correctly and showed us what to do to fix it if it was to trip again. They took their time and explained or answered all the questions that we had. Whoever is running this company is a top notch leader. Finally, I probably shouldn't say this but I think you should know. Your quote of how much you could do the job for was several $100.00 dollars lower than another company that gave us a quote and that was if there was no other issues. IPS seems to be a company that cares about the people they service. Thank you and may God Bless your company.”

We would not wish plumbing problems on anyone, however if you have them we have the plumbers for you. We checked Angies List and called a big name plumber and they gave us a big price to fix what we all thought was just a bad leak.

“We decided to check with another plumber and called Integrated Plumbing Solutions for a second opinion. Turns out we had more leaks than just one in our over fifty year old plumbing. It was recommended that we repipe the house with the plumbing being insulated and in the attic rather than in a slab. They gave us a better price than the first company had given us for just a small repair.

I can not say enough for the supervisor and his men that came out and made an attempt to do a repair. The water leak was unrepairable and required replacing the water lines. They worked efficiently and kept things as clean and neat as possible. If you have a plumbing problem, remember Integrated Plumbing Solutions is your answer.
We are so happy to have running water from the tap rather than running water from a worn out pipe running on the carpet.”
